Body, Soul and Spirit
I thank the Lord for the grace that He has given me to write, and I dedicate this book to all members of His body.
I thank my dear wife, Bertha, for her prayerful support, and for allowing me to take the time necessary to write.
I express my sincere thanks and grateful appreciation to Claudia Engel for her outstanding contribution in typing the manuscript, in designing the numerous graphics, as well as for her helpful suggestions concerning the text.
I would also like to thank Jessica Scott for her photographic work involved in the front cover, her creativity and expertise.
And lastly I extend thanks to two very good friends: James Garrett of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Dr. John Hill of Victoria, British Columbia, who are men of great stature in handling the scriptures, for the time they devoted to reviewing the manuscript and for their insight and helpful criticisms.
